355nm UV F-theta Lens
An optical system composed of multiple lenses is used to correct aberrations, enabling a 355 nm laser beam to form an approximately flat focal point on the scanning plane. Changes in the direction of the laser beam caused by the galvanometer are converted into changes in the focal point position on the processed material. The system compensates for field curvature and distortion, ensuring the parallelism and stability of the laser beam, thereby achieving high-speed, precision laser processing and treatment.
